5 minute stretching routine for students and working women

As a college student where is the time for you to work out? Weekdays are spent attending lectures and weekends are busy with assignments and projects. You just grab something to eat and are totally engrossed with studies. The same goes for working women. You’re always in a rush. Hurry to catch a bus or brave the traffic to work place, get back tired in the evening, cook dinner and then crash on the bed. Weekends are spent on buying groceries and cleaning your home.
